30 Day Dry Aged New York Steak

Our Australian Grass-fed New York steak has been dry aged in our Himalayan salt brick dry ageing room for approximately 4 weeks. This increases its tenderness and flavour that is not found in normal cuts of steak.
Please note, if left whole, it will be cut to weight not quantity. e.g. “2x (Approx. 500g)” will be cut & tied into a 500g roast.
