Chicken Thigh Fillets

Our chicken is free range & hormone free. These chicken thighs are versatile, and are our go-to choice, as they retain their moisture and are hard to dry out. The thighs are boneless and skinless, with very little fat. There are approximately 6 pieces per kg.

Tom’s Hot Tip: “I get them in a tandoori marinade, and cook them in the oven for about 20mins @180°C (fan forced). They’re perfect as the main protein on your plate or to use in burgers / wraps.”
